Founders Day Lodge Night
Hi all Group Leaders and Scout/Venturer/Rovers Leaders,
This year we are to celebrate our founders birthday and as per the Region calendar is set down for Friday night 23rd February Commencing at 6.45pm
The ceremony is being held the Freemasons Temple 42 Walker Street. The celebration is being hosted by Freemasons North Queensland and as there will be refreshments served after the ceremony we have be requested to indicate the number of members attending.
As per the flyer parents and friends are most welcome to attend and we need the numbers attending by the 14th February to my email address
I have included the full C5 form and also a pdf version of the C4 which will need to be handed out next week to members so you can advise the numbers attending.
Last time we had a going up ceremony for some Scouts to Venturers and would like to include this ceremony if any group has any members ready to go up.
We have requested that Guides attend and that they conduct the opening /closing parade and prayer.
