About Kennedy Region Scouts
Kennedy Region is part of Scouts Australia (The Scout Association of Australia), one of the largest youth organisations in Australia. Kennedy Region is also part of the Queensland Branch of Scouts Australia.
Kennedy Region is located in North Queensland and covers an area from Home Hill in the south to Ingham in the North and Hughenden in the West. The Headquarters is located in tropical Townsville at 387 Charles Street, Kirwan. (Map)
The Kennedy Region has 13 Groups, two permanent Scout Camps and the Scout Outdoor Centre.
